摘　　要：该文以培养应用型创新人才为目标,以《中国制造2025》的发展规划为指引,以国家一流专业建设为出发点,结合“一专多能”应用型本科人才培养的办学定位和“双因施教”的思想,以学生发展为中心,以毕业要求达成为导向,进行人才个性化分类培养,推进一流专业建设。形成较为完善的教学评估方式,改革教学方式、方法与手段,深入推进学科交叉与融合,形成一套较为完整的应用型创新人才培养体系。This study aims at cultivating application-oriented innovative talents,guided by the"Made in China 2025"development plan,and takes the construction of national first-class majors as the starting point.This paper combines the orientation of"one specialty and multiple abilities"applied undergraduate talent training and the idea of"double cause teaching",takes student development as the center and graduation requirements as the guidance,carries out personalized classified training of talents,and promotes the construction of first-class majors.This study has formed a relatively complete teaching evaluation method,reformed teaching methods,methods and means,further promoted the interdisciplinary and integration,and formed a relatively complete training system for application-oriented innovative talents.
