新文科下基于OBE理念的行业特色大学经管类人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：新文科不仅强调创新性教育还要求加强文科与工科、农科和医科的交叉融合,通过与其他学科的协同和创新以增强文科的文化软实力。在新文科背景下,行业特色大学中非优势学科经管类专业如何去建设、如何实现教育转型为社会和国家培养出需要的复合型人才,以实现行业特色大学经管类专业的可持续发展,需要进一步去探索。该文以OBE理论为研究基础,在新文科大背景下,从加强学生综合能力、规范课程体系改革及加强评价体系三个方面进行行业特色大学经管类人才培养模式构建。最终实现行业特色大学经管类专业的教育改革以及实现学科自身更好的发展。The new liberal arts not only emphasizes innovative education,but also requires to strengthen the cross-integration of liberal arts with engineering,agriculture and medicine,and enhance the cultural soft power of liberal arts through collaboration and innovation with other disciplines.In the context of the new liberal arts,it is necessary to further explore how to construct the economics and management majors of the university with industrial characteristics,how to realize the transformation of education into the society and the country to cultivate the composite talents needed in order to achieve the sustainable development of the economics and management major of the university with industrial characteristics.Based on the theory of OBE,this paper constructs the training model of economic and management talents in universities with industry characteristics from three aspects:strengthening students'comprehensive ability,standardizing curriculum system reform and strengthening evaluation system under the background of New Liberal Arts and Sciences University.Finally,the education reform of economics and management majors in universities with industry characteristics and the better development of disciplines themselves can be realized.
