基于“新文科”的经管类本科生实践能力培养困境与发展路径探索

摘　　要：社会经济的发展推动着教育与学习的变革。新形势下“新文科”建设成为教育界当前的重中之重。“新文科”建设要求经管类应用型人才具备扎实、广阔的基础知识,具备实操、创新的实践能力,具备诚信守时、尽职尽责的职业素养。基于此,从“新文科”的内涵分析入手,探讨经管类本科生实践能力培养的困境,结合“新文科”建设对人才的要求,从实践能力培养的教学体系、评价体系等维度,提出经管类学生实践能力培养的具体路径。The development of social economy promotes the reform of education and learning.Under the new situation,the construction of “new liberal arts” has become the top priority in the field of education.The construction of “new liberal arts” requires the applied talents of economics and management to have solid and broad basic knowledge,practical and innovative practical ability,and professional quality of integrity,punctuality and due diligence.Starting with the analysis of the connotation of “new liberal arts”,this paper discusses the dilemma of cultivating the practical ability of undergraduates majoring in economics and management.Combined with the requirements of the construction of “new liberal arts” for talents,this paper puts forward the specific path of cultivating the practical ability of undergraduates majoring in economics and management from the dimensions of teaching system and evaluation system of practical ability cultivation.
