摘 要:高校教师资格认证制度作为高校教师职业的第一道关卡,对高质量高校教师队伍的建设具有重要意义。基于此,立足国际视域,选取不用国家具有代表性的高校教师资格认证制度发展方案,分别从证书分类、认证标准、证书时限、资格考试形式与内容、认证手段等维度总结国外高校教师资格证认证制度的改革特点,最终得出探索高校教师道德量化模式、彰显当代高校教师角色特征、强化教育教学能力导向原则、构建反思性发展型认证制度、培植高校教师终身学习体系等方面的启示,以期为我国高校教师资格认证制度的改革提供有益借鉴。As the first level of college teachers' occupation,the college teachers' qualification accreditation system is of great significance to the construction of high-quality college teachers.Based on the international perspective,this paper selects the development schemes of college teachers' qualification accreditation system without national representativeness,and summarizes the reform characteristics of foreign college teachers' qualification accreditation system from the dimensions of certificate classification,certification standard,certificate time limit,qualification examination form and content,certification means and so on.Finally,it draws the enlightenment of exploring the moral quantification mode of college teachers,highlighting the role characteristics of contemporary college teachers,strengthening the guiding principle of education and teaching ability,constructing the reflective development accreditation system,and cultivating the lifelong learning system of college teachers,so as to provide useful reference for the reform of college teachers' qualification accreditation system in China.
