研究生主体特征及导师主导因素对创新成果影响的实证研究

摘　　要：通过对某“双一流”大学工程学科2020—2022届硕士毕业生的调查,运用频数等数据分析方法,分析研究生主体特征和导师主导因素对硕士研究生创新成果的影响。结果表明,研究生主体特征中性别、入学方式、毕业本科院校对创新成果有影响,学位类型没有明显影响;导师主导因素中导师年龄、职称、科研经费对研究生创新成果有影响,是否有博士毕业没有明显影响。根据调查分析结论,针对学生择师、导师选生、优化培养给出意见建议。Through the investigation of master graduates majored in engineering discipline and graduated from a"double first-class"university in the class of 2020-2022,and using data analysis methods such as frequency,this paper analyzes the influence of the main characteristics of graduate students and the leading factors of supervisors on the innovation achievements of graduate students.The results show that gender,admission method,and undergraduate colleges among the dominant characteristics of graduate students have an impact on innovation achievements,but the type of degree has no significant impact.Among the dominant factors of supervisors,the age,title,and research funds have an impact on graduate students'innovative achievements,however,it has no obvious effect whether supervisors have a doctoral graduate.According to the investigation and conclusion,suggestions are given for the selection of supervisors,the selection of students,and the optimization of training.
