摘 要:利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对燃料乙醇生产过程中多级闪蒸液化工艺进行模型搭建和模拟计算。考察了不同闪蒸级数,原料温度和不同调浆水比例对多级闪蒸液化系统能耗的影响。计算结果表明,闪蒸级数越多,蒸汽和冷却水消耗越少,电耗增加;原料温度和不同调浆水比例会影响闪蒸系统的蒸汽和冷却水消耗;原料温度越低,蒸汽耗量越大,冷却水耗越少;清液回配比例越高,蒸汽消耗量越小,冷却水耗越多。九级闪蒸液化工艺投资费用大于四级闪蒸液化工艺,但是由于九级闪蒸液化工艺运行费用较低,在一年内就能收回多投资的成本。The multistage flash liquefaction process in the production of fuel ethanol is modeled and simulated by Aspen Plus.The effect of different flash stages,raw material temperature and mixing water proportion on the energy consumption of the multistage flash liquefaction system is investigated.The calculation results show that the more the flash stages,the less the steam and cooling water consumption,and the more the power consumption.Raw material temperature and mixing water proportion will affect the steam and cooling water consumption of the system.The lower the raw material temperature,the more the steam consumption,and the less the cooling water consumption.The higher the mixing water proportion,the less the steam consumption,and the more the cooling water consumption.The investment of the nine-stage flash liquefaction process is higher than that of the four-stage flash liquefaction process.However,due to the low operation cost of the nine-stage flash liquefaction process,the extra investment can be recovered within one year.
