摘　　要：本文阐述了传统制造业白酒企业研发项目管理存在的难点及问题。通过构建白酒生产企业研发项目信息化管理系统,强化研发项目规划的系统性,持续优化研发项目的管理制度,进一步建立建全松绑赋权和监督机制,促进白酒产业研发项目高效管控,实现白酒新一轮的科技创新驱动高质量发展。This paper describes the difficulties and challenges in RD project management of traditional Baijiu enterprises.By developing an information management system for RD projects in Baijiu enterprises,improving the systematization of project planning,optimizing the RD project management system,and further establishing the empowerment and supervision mechanism,the efficient management and control of RD projects in Baijiu enterprises can be realized,and the high-quality development of Baijiu industry driven by technology innovation can be achieved.
