摘　　要：辅助性T细胞(helper T cell,Th)22是一种稳定的有特征性表达谱的新型CD4+T细胞亚群。在白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor -α,TNF-α)存在的情况下,可以由未成熟的CD4+T细胞分化而来,并分泌其主要的细胞因子IL-22。虽然Th22细胞及其效应分子IL-22主要参与炎症性疾病,并在黏膜防御、组织修复和伤口愈合过程中发挥重要作用,但越来越多的研究表明它们也参与多种自身免疫性疾病的发生发展。文章就Th22及IL-22在相关神经免疫性疾病中的作用加以综述,以期寻求神经免疫性疾病新的治疗靶点。Helper T cell(Th)22 is a novel and stable CD4^(+)T cell subpopulation with a characteristic expression profile.It can derive from immature CD4^(+)T cells and secreted their primary cytokine interleukin(IL)-22 in the presence of IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Although Th22 and its effector molecule IL-22 are mainly involved in inflammatory diseases and play an important role in mucosal defense,tissue repair and wound healing,more and more studies have shown that they are also involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of autoimmune diseases.This review summarizes the role of Th22 and IL-22 in related neuroimmune diseases,aiming to find new targets for the treatment of these diseases.
