摘 要:目的探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factors,IGF-1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive-c-reactive-protein,hs-CRP)与帕金森(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者病情严重度的关系。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月济宁医学院附属医院就诊的PD患者60例作为观察组,另选同期本院健康体检者60例作为对照组,分别采用酶联免疫吸附试验和免疫透射比浊法检测并比较两组研究对象血清IGF-1和hs-CRP水平,分析其与PD严重程度之间的关系。结果观察组血清IGF-1低于对照组[ng/mL:(226.50±24.82)比(385.74±54.90),t=20.47,P<0.05],hs-CRP高于对照组[mg/L:(30.24±5.65)比(8.60±0.46)L,t=29.57,P<0.05)。不同疾病分期PD患者血清IGF-1、hs-CRP比较,中期患者IGF-1水平低于早期患者[ng/mL:(210.74±14.88)比(286.85±15.26),t=12.40,P<0.05],hs-CRP水平高于早期患者[mg/L:(24.26±2.84)比(11.35±2.10),t=11.86,P<0.05);晚期患者IGF-1水平低于中期患者[ng/mL:(154.28±12.25)比(210.74±14.88),t=14.65,P<0.05],hs-CRP水平高于中期患者[mg/L:(32.86±3.15)比(24.26±2.84),t=13.25,P<0.05)。将Hoehn-Yahr分级作为因变量,血清中IGF-1以及hs-CRP水平作为自变量,分析显示血清中IGF-1以及hs-CRP水平是PD患者Hoehn-Yahr分级有关因素(OR=1.58、1.49,P<0.05);IGF-1水平和PD患者病情严重度之间呈负相关(r=-0.85,P<0.05),hs-CRP水平和PD患者病情严重度之间呈正相关(r=0.99,P<0.05)。结论PD患者病情严重度与血清IGF-1以及hs-CRP水平负相关和正相关,可作为临床评估PD患者病情严重度的参考指标。Objective To analyze the relationship between the severity of Parkinson's disease(PD)and serum insulin-like growth factors(IGF-1)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,60 PD patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University were selected as the observation group,and another 60 health examinees in the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and immune transmission turbidimetry were used to detect and compare the serum IGF-1 and hs-CRP levels of the two groups of subjects,and analyzed the relationship between them and the severity of PD.Results The serum IGF-1 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(226.50±24.82)ng/mL vs(385.74±54.90)ng/mL,t=20.47,P<0.05],and the hs CRP levels were higher than those in the control group[(30.24±5.65)mg/L vs(8.60±0.46)mg/L,t=29.57,P<0.05].Compared with the serum IGF-1 and hs-CRP levels of PD patients in different disease stages,the serum IGF-1 levels in mid stage patients were lower than those in early stage patients[(210.74±14.88)ng/mL vs(286.85±15.26)ng/mL,t=12.40,P<0.05],and hs CRP levels were higher than those in early stage patients[(24.26±2.84)mg/L vs(11.35±2.10)mg/L,t=11.86,P<0.05];The serum IGF-1 levels in advanced stage patients were lower than those in intermediate stage patients[(154.28±12.25)ng/mL vs(210.74±14.88)ng/mL,t=14.65,P<0.05],and the hs CRP levels were higher than those in intermediate stage patients[(32.86±3.15)mg/L vs(24.26±2.84)mg/L,t=13.25,P<0.05].Using Hoehn Yahr grading as the dependent variable and serum IGF-1 and hs CRP levels as independent variables,analysis showed that serum IGF-1 and hs CRP levels were factors related to Hoehn Yahr grading in PD patients(OR=1.58,1.49,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between IGF-1 content in serum and the severity of PD patients(r=-0.85,P<0.05),while there was a positive correlation between hs CRP content in serum and the severity of PD patients(r=0.99,P<0.05)
