摘　　要：信号素4A(semaphorins 4A,Sema4A)是信号素家族成员之一,以跨膜形式存在,当其被裂解后,在细胞外表现为可溶性配体,Sema4A通过与不同的受体结合发挥不同的生物学功能,是调节神经和免疫功能的重要因子。Sema4A主要在免疫细胞表面表达,因而被称为"免疫信号蛋白"。研究表明,Sema4A亦可与多种免疫细胞上的受体结合而发挥免疫调节作用,并且在血管生成和肿瘤细胞的迁移、侵袭、转移过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。但其在肿瘤形成中的作用尚存在争议,仍需进一步阐明其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制,文章就Sema4A对免疫调节、血管生成以及肿瘤形成的作用作一综述,以期为以Sema4A为靶点的肿瘤免疫治疗提供新思路。Semaphorins 4A(Sema4A)is a member of the semaphorin family,which exists in the transmembrane form.When it is cleaved,it appears as a soluble ligand in the extracellular space.Sema4A plays different biological functions by binding to different receptors,and is an important factor to regulate nervous and immune functions.Sema4A is mainly expressed on the surface of immune cells,so it is called"immune signaling protein".Studies have shown that Sema4A can bind to a variety of receptors on immune cells to play an immunomodulatory role,and plays a crucial role in angiogenesis and tumor cell migration,invasion,metastasis.However,its role in tumor formation is still controversial,and its mechanism of tumor occurrence and development needs to be further elucidated.In this review,the effects of Sema4A on immune regulation,angiogenesis and tumor formation are reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for tumor immunotherapy targeting Sema4A.
