摘　　要：以广西高职院校外事档案工作为例,分析了高职院校外事档案工作呈现的新特点及存在的问题,通过对广西10所高职院校进行调研,就高职院校外事档案管理工作提出优化策略,以期为高职院校的外事档案管理者提供决策依据和参考。Taking the foreign affairs archives work of vocational colleges in Guangxi as an example, this paper analyzes the newcharacteristics and existing problems of foreign affairs archives work in vocational colleges. By conducting investigation andresearch on 10 vocational colleges in Guangxi, it proposes optimization strategies for the management of foreign affairs archives invocational colleges, in order to provide decision-making basis and reference for the managers of foreign affairs archives invocational colleges.
