摘　　要：分析了学生档案功能开发面临的困境和作用,探索高校学生档案功能发挥的途径,利用学生档案资源开展档案研究,充分发挥学生档案的功能,使学生档案编研成果做到决策可资、实践可鉴,充分发挥学生档案管理岗位的育人功能。This paper analyzes the difficulties and significance of the functional development of student archives, explores the waysto play the function of university student archives, uses student archives resources to carry out archives research, gives full play tothe function of student archives, makes the compiling and researching achievements of student archives be useful fordecision-making and practice, and gives full play to the educational function of student archives management post.
