摘　　要：国内疼痛科医生在癌痛治疗领域尚未发挥其应有的作用,也未获得相应的主导地位,原因包括重视程度不够、自身能力欠缺、重技术不重管理、学科融合意识不强等。通过从宏观入手、顶层设计,加强自身能力建设,提高整合思维,主动促进学科融合,在癌痛全程管理中疼痛科医生更好的发挥主力军作用,使疼痛科成为癌痛诊疗,尤其是难治性癌痛诊疗的平台和枢纽科室。Domestic pain physicians in the field of cancer pain treatment are still far from playing their due role and gaining the leading position they should have.The reasons include insufficient attention,lacking in their own capabilities of cancer pain management,emphasis on technology over management,and weak awareness of disciplinary integration.By starting from the macro perspective and designing at the top level,strengthening the construction of pain physicians'own abilities,improving integrated thinking,and actively promoting disciplinary integration,pain specialists can better play a leading role in the whole process of cancer pain management.Pain departments should be a platform and hub for cancer pain diagnosis and treatment,especially for refractory cancer pain.
