摘　　要：鼻咽癌和颈2神经带状疱疹后神经痛均可产生枕顶颞部疼痛,对枕顶颞部疼痛的患者须行细致的体格和影像学检查,以资鉴别。本文报道2例鼻咽癌误诊为隐匿型颈2神经带状疱疹后神经痛患者,经验值得重视。Occipital and temporal pain can occur both in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical 2 nerve postherpetic neuralgia.For the differential diagnosis,detailed physical and imaging examinations should be taken in the patients with pain in this region.We report two patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma misdiagnosed as occult postherpetic neuralgia in cervical 2 nerve,with literature review in this article.
