摘 要:梭菌独特的芽孢形成的特性吸引了越来越多研究者的关注。然而,由于梭菌物种与生理特性的不同,人们会根据不同的需求合理的调控(促进或抑制)芽孢的产生。该文通过对转录调节因子Spo0A,孤儿组氨酸激酶和Sigma因子相关研究进展的介绍,系统阐述了梭菌芽孢形成的分子调控机制,并对梭菌芽孢形成的影响因素进行了概括,同时对近年来通过调控芽孢形成在工业和医疗卫生领域中的应用研究进展进行了介绍,以期为精准调控梭菌芽孢的形成提供可靠的理论参考。The unique characteristics of sporulation of Clostridium have attracted the attention of more and more researchers.However, since the differences in the species and physiological characteristics of the Clostridium,sporulation needs to be regulated(promote or inhibit) reasonably based on different needs.In this paper, the molecular mechanism of the sporulation of Clostridium was systematically described by introducing the the transcriptional regulatory factor Spo0A,orphan histidine kinase and Sigma factor, and the influencing factors of the sporulation of Clostridium were summarized.At the same time, the application research progress in the application of regulated sporulation in industry and medical and health fields in recent years was reviewed, in order to provide reliable theoretical reference for accurately regulating of the sporulation of Clostridium.
