摘  要:以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸和丙烯酸为单体,采用溶液聚合的方法制备了碱溶胀非缔合型聚丙烯酸增稠剂。利用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热分析仪、热重分析仪、涂四杯表征了增稠剂的相关性质。讨论了增稠剂的化学结构、增稠效果与溶液p H的关系。讨论了氨水和氢氧化钠两种碱分别调控溶液p H时的增稠效果。分析了增稠剂的热差分析图谱、热重分析图谱,讨论了引发剂与增稠效果、热性能的关系。这些工作为相关生产和科研提供了参考。Non-associative alkali swelling thickener was synthesized by solution polymerization with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and acrylic acid as monomers.The related properties of the products were characterized by infrared spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer and TU-4 cup viscometer.The relationship between the chemical structure of thickener,solution pH and thickening effect was discussed.The thickening effect of thickener when adjusting the pH of the solution by ammonia and sodium hydroxide respectively was discussed.The thermal difference curve and thermogravimetric curve of thickener were analyzed,and the relationship between initiator,thickening effect and thermal properties was discussed.The work can provide some reference for relevant production and scientific research.
