摘 要:针对渤海S油田条件,利用室内岩心物理模拟实验装置进行模拟实验,观察凝胶调剖体系注入前后成胶性能和压力变化,评价不同强度调驱体系在不同注入速度条件下的成胶性能及室内实验效果。结果表明:对于不同体系,凝胶静态体系强度越低,动态成胶强度越差,注入压力越低;对于相同体系,注入速度越小,注入压力越低,成胶性能越好;聚驱后实施凝胶调驱,注入压力上升,采收率增加,高速方案提高采收率18.36%,而低速方案提高采收率14.95%。这说明调剖调驱在施工时除注意水驱压力不能超过地层压力,还应设计合适的注入速度,以保证调驱增油效果,为现场限制压力条件下精细调剖设计提供理论依据。According to the conditions of S oilfield in Bohai Sea,the indoor core physics simulation experimental device was used to observe the gelling properties and pressure change before and after the gel system injecting into the core,and the gelling performance and indoor experimental effect of different intensity gel systems under different injection speed conditionswere evaluated.The results showed that for different gel systems,the lower the strength of the static gel system,the worse the dynamic gelling strength,and the lower the injection pressure,and for the same system,the smaller the injection speed,the lower the injection pressure,and the better the gelling performance;When the gel injection was performed after polymer flooding,the injection pressure increased,the recovery rate increased,and the high-speed scheme increased the recovery rate by 18.36%,while the low-speed scheme increased the recovery rate by 14.95%.It was explained that in addition to paying attention to the water flooding pressure could not exceed the formation pressure during construction,a suitable injection speed should also be designed to ensure the effect of increasing oil.The paper can provide a theoretical basis for the fine profile adjustment design under the condition of on-sitepressurerestriction.
