摘 要:随着我国高铁隧道的建设步伐加快,新奥法作为常用的隧道施工方法,其工序中的隧道二次衬砌是隧道施工中的进度、质量关键控制点。在隧道二次衬砌施工中,智能布料减人力、提工效、提质量的特性为施工方所青睐。通过与溜槽布料方式及单管路布料方式的对比,对智能布料系统进行了研究与设计,采用多管路带压注浆+智能监测与控制的方式,解决了布料施工中人力劳动密集、操作复杂、注浆质效差等痛点,适应了我国隧道建设减员增效的发展方向。With the accelerated pace of China's high-speedrail tunnel construction,the New Austrian Tunneling Method is a commonly used tunnel construction method,and the secondary tunnel lining in its process is the key control point for the progress and quality of tunnel construction.In the secondary tunnel lining construction,the characteristics of intelligent placing such as less manpower,higher efficiency and better quality are favored by the construction party.By comparing with the chute placing method and the single-pipe placing method,the intelligent placing system is studied and designed,and the adoption of multi-pipe pressure grouting+intelligent monitoring and control solves the sore points of labor intensity,complicated operation and poor grouting quality during placing and adapts to the development direction of China's tunnel constructionin terms of reducingmanpowerand improving efficiency.
