摘　　要：目的 分析360度评价在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用及改进。方法 选取河南大学第一附属医院2021年9月—2022年8月住院医师、指导医师和患者为研究对象,利用360度评价系统进行在线问卷调查。结果 共收集有效问卷3 963份。指导医师对住院医师的评价总体低于患者对住院医师的评价;住院医师认为指导医师在教学查房、专业讲座、督导培训对象临床工作和保证充分带教时间上需要进一步提高;住院医师认为科室在安排文体活动和提供专业培训上需要改进;指导医师认为住院医师在基础知识、临床知识技能和分析疾病发生机制等方面能力欠缺;患者认为住院医师在临床能力和沟通能力等方面需要提高。结论 360度评价可以实现住培质量控制,并协助督导、反馈、改进。Objective To analyze the application and improvement of 360-degree evaluation in the standardized training of residents.Methods From September 2021 to August 2022,an online questionnaire survey was conducted using the 360-degree evaluation system.Results A total of 3963 valid questionnaires were collected.Instructors'evaluations of residents were generally lower than patients'evaluations of residents.Residents believed that instructors needed further improvement in the teaching ward rounds and professional lectures,supervising the clinical work of the training objects,and ensuring the full teaching time.Clinical departments needed to be improved in arranging cultural and sports activities and providing professional training.Guide doctors considered that residents were deficient in basic knowledge,clinical knowledge and skills,and analysis of the mechanism of disease occurrence.Patients considered that residents needed improvement in their clinical competence and communication skills.Conclusion 360-degree evaluation can realise the quality control of the standardized residency training,promoting timely feedback,improvement and supervision.
