三种牙龄推断法在乌鲁木齐儿童及青少年中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究Demirjian、Willems和Cameriere法三种方法推断乌鲁木齐市汉族和维吾尔族儿童及青少年年龄的适用性。方法对纳入的693张全口曲面断层片(其中汉族306张,维吾尔族387张)进行判读,利用SPSS26.0软件对测得的牙龄与生理年龄进行统计学分析,并对两个民族差异进行分析。结果Demirjian法对汉族男性和女性分别高估0.37岁、0.50岁,对维吾尔族男性和女性分别高估0.30岁、0.46岁;Willems法对汉族男性和女性分别低估0.02岁、0.09岁,对维吾尔族男性和女性分别低估0.07岁、0.05岁;Cameriere法对汉族男性和女性分别低估0.26岁、0.42岁,对维吾尔族男性和女性分别低估0.16岁、0.29岁。结论Willems法在推断乌鲁木齐市汉族和维吾尔族儿童及青少年年龄时最准确,两个民族用相同牙龄方法推测年龄时无显著差异。Objective To validate the validity and accuracy of the Demirjian,Willems and Cameriere methods for age estimation of Han and Uyghur children and adolescents in Urumqi.Methods A total of 693 digital panoramic radiographs(including 306 of Han nationality and 387 of Uygur)were assessed.The chronological ages and dental ages of all the subjects were calculated by SPSS 26.0 software,and it is necessary to analyze the differences between the two ethnic groups.Results The Demirjian method overestimated the Han by an average of 0.37 years for males and 0.50 years for females,while the Demirjian method overestimated the Uyghur by an average of 0.30 years for males and 0.46 years for females.The Willems method underestimated the Han by an average of 0.02 years for males and 0.09 years for females,while the Willems method underestimated the Uyghur by an average of 0.07 years for males and 0.05 years for females.The Cameriere method underestimated the Han by an average of 0.26 years for males and 0.42 years for females,while the Cameriere method underestimated the Uyghur by an average of 0.16 years for males and 0.29 years for females.Conclusion The Willems method was the most accurate for estimating age of Han and Uygur children and adolescents in Urumqi.There is no significant difference between the two nationalities when they are estimated by the same dental age method.
