摘  要:目的 观察iRoot BP Plus组合不同的垫底材料对充填复合树脂粘接强度和微渗漏的影响。方法 制备10 mm×10 mm×2 mm大小的牙本质块120块,每个牙本质块中心均制备出内直径4 mm、深度2 mm的窝洞,随机分为6组,每组20块,按下列分组要求填充窝洞,A1组:Dycal+Lonoist-Baseliner光固化垫底材料;A2组:Dycal+GIC;A3组:Dycal+3M Ketac Molar Easymix;B1组:iRoot BP Plus+Lonoist-Baseliner光固化垫底材料;B2组:iRoot BP Plus+GIC;B3组:iRoot BP Plus+3M Ketac Molar Easymix。将该A、B组按上述要求分别进行充填后,用3M single bond univesal粘接剂处理,上方采用3MZ350复合树脂充填。本次实验分为推出实验和微渗漏观察两部分。在万能试验机上测试断裂载荷,分别测定各组样本的粘接强度,并选出最高组,记录数值后采用扫描电镜观察盖髓剂被推出后牙本质接触面的表面微观形态。通过冷热循环老化试验和染色法观察并比较各组样本充填材料与牙本质壁之间的微渗漏情况。实验数据采用2×3析因设计方差分析进行统计学处理,采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计结果分析。结果 方差分析显示iRoot BP Plus组的微渗漏测定结果显著优于Dycal组(P<0.05),二者粘接强度差异不显著(P>0.05);3M Ketac Molar Easymix lonoist组的粘接强度和微渗漏测定结果显著优于Lonoist-Baseliner光固化垫底材料组和传统GIC组,且差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。析因分析结果显示,盖髓材料不同或垫底材料不同,对粘接强度和微渗漏均具有显著影响(P<0.05),盖髓材料和垫底材料间交互作用不显著(P>0.05)。结论 盖髓剂iRoot BP Plus、垫底材料3M Ketac Molar Easymix组合可以显著提高粘接力和与边缘封闭性。Objective To observe the effect of iRoot BP Plus with different underlay materials on the bonding strength and microleakage of filling composite resin.Methods 120 dentin blocks with the size of 10mm×10mm×2mm were prepared,and the cavities with the diameter of 4mm and the depth of 2mm were made in the center of each dentin block,Group A1:Dycal+Lonoist-Baseliner photocurable base material;Group A2:Dycal+GIC;Group A3:Dycal+3M Ketac Molar Easymix;Group B1:iRoot BP Plus+Lonoist-Baseliner photocurable base material;Group B2:iRoot BP Plus+GIC;Group B3:iRoot BP Plus+3M Ketac Molar Easymix.Group A and group B were filled respectively according to the above requirements,and then treated with 3M single bond univesal adhesive,and the top was filled with 3MZ350 composite resin.This experiment is divided into two parts:the ejecting experiment and the microleakage observation.The breaking load was tested on a universal testing machine,and the bonding strength of each group was determined,and the highest group was selected.After recording the values,the surface micromorphology of dentin contact surface after pulp-capping agent was pushed out was observed by scanning electron microscope.The microleakage between the filling materials and the dentin wall was observed and compared by cold-heat aging test and staining method.The experimental data were analyzed by 2×3 factorial design analysis of variance,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software.Results Analysis of variance showed that the microleakage test of iRoot BP Plus group was significantly better than that of Dycal group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in bond strength between the two groups(P>0.05);the bond strength and microleakage of 3M Ketac Molar Easymix lonoist group were significantly better than those of Lonoist-Baseliner group and traditional GIC group(P<0.05).The results of factorial analysis showed that different pulp capping materials or different base materials had significant effects on the bond strength and microleakage(P<0.05),but
