肠-脑-皮肤轴与“脾升胃降”理论的相关性及其对皮肤病的论治

摘　　要：现代研究提出肠-脑-皮肤轴理论,表明肠、脑、皮肤之间在结构、免疫系统、神经系统等方面具有一定的联系,中医理论认为脾胃为人体气机升降、阴阳斡旋的枢纽,脾气升清上达脑窍,脾气散精外达肌肤腠理,通过脾胃中焦的转枢将脾胃与脑、皮肤相联系,与现代研究肠-脑-皮肤轴理论有着异曲同工之妙,文章根据肠-脑-皮肤轴及中医“脾升胃降”理论探讨肠、脑与皮肤的关系,并提出健脾降浊、理气调神法在皮肤病中的论治。Modern research has proposed the theory of the gut-brain-skin axis,it shows that there is a certain connection between the gut,brain,and skin in terms of structure,immune system,nervous system,and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that the spleen and stomach are the hub of the body’s qi machine lifting and mediation,yin and yang mediation.The qi of spleen rises and outwards clears the mind and moisturizes the skin,through the medium burner,the spleen and stomach are connected with the brain and skin,this is like the theory of the gut-brain-skin axis.Based on the gut-brain-skin axis and the theory of‘spleen rising and stomach descending’in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discussed the relationship between gut,brain and skin,and puts forward the treatment of strengthening the spleen and reducing turbidity,regulating qi and spirit in skin diseases.
