摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是一种由高促性腺激素低雌激素症定义的综合征。文章基于POI的各项中、西医临床病症(证)特点及诊断标准,对现有POI动物模型进行吻合度评价。此外分析了现有POI模型优缺点及问题,针对POI病证结合模型提出建议,以期在现有成功构建的动物模型基础上,建立更完善的POI病证结合动物模型,有利于将来POI的生理病理机制研究,使基础实验与临床疗效相互验证。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a syndrome defined by high gonadotropin and low estrogen.Based on the clinical features and diagnostic criteria of POI in Chinese and western medicine,this paper evaluated the coincidence degree of the existing POI animal models.In addition,the advantages,disadvantages and problems of the existing POI models were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward for the POI disease syndrome combination model,with a view to establishing a more complete POI disease syndrome combination animal model on the basis of the existing successfully constructed animal models,which is conducive to the future research on the physiological and pathological mechanisms of POI,and mutual validation of basic experiments and clinical efficacy.
