摘  要:结合4缸发动机动力总成悬置系统6个自由度方向的振动存在的耦合现象引起的振动频率范围过长、振幅过高的振动特性,分析现有中型商用车悬置系统布置位置不合理的短板,并以优化悬置安装位置为设定目标,对现有悬置系统进行针对性的优化设计。通过HyperWorks软件计算出后动力总成的一弯节点位置,并通过ADAMS(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems)多体仿真验证了将后悬置布置在一弯节点附近时悬置反力最小。将后悬中心后移290 mm至动力总成的一弯节点附近,分别对原方案与优化方案进行理论计算以验证优化效果,通过发动机怠速主观评价和扫描振动试验确认优化方案的怠速舒适性优于原方案,证明了优化悬置安装位置可以提高悬置系统怠速舒适性。The coupling phenomenon in the six degrees of freedom direction of the four-cylinder engine powertrain mounting system will cause the vibration characteristics that the vibration frequency range is too long and the amplitude is too high.The shortcomings that the existing medium commercial vehicle mounting system layout is not reasonable are analyzed.By setting the optimal mounting position as the goal,the existing mounting system is optimized.The position of the first bend node of the rear powertrain is calculated by HyperWorks software,and the ADAMS(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems)multi-body simulation verifies that the reaction force of the mounting is the minimum when the rear mounting is arranged near the first bend node.The rear mounting center is moved back 290 mm to near the first bend node of the powertrain,and the theoretical calculation and check of the original and the optimized schemes are carried out respectively to verify the optimization effect.It is verified that the idle-speed comfort of the optimized scheme is superior to that of the original plan through subjective evaluation of engine idle-speed and scanning vibration test,and the idle comfort of the mounting system can be improved by optimizing the mounting position.
