五边形截面型钢混凝土巨型柱轴压性能研究

摘  要:超高层建筑巨型柱框架结构体系是一种高性能的抗震结构体系。以某超高层型钢混凝土巨型柱结构为工程依托,进行了2个五边形截面型钢高强混凝土巨型柱模型试件重复加载下轴压受力性能试验,2个试件差异为混凝土强度。试验表明:不同强度混凝土试件损伤发展过程相似,斜边和最短边损伤更早且相对严重;试件均表现出稳定的加载、卸载、再加载刚度,承载能力具有相对稳定的退化过程;较高混凝土强度试件承载力和耗能能力较大,但延性有所降低。分析了箍筋以及型钢对混凝土的约束机制,建立了考虑不同区域约束效应差异以及箍筋和型钢约束效应相互耦合的分区域约束混凝土抗压强度计算方法,提出了承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验符合较好。用ABAQUS软件建立了有限元数值计算模型,对混凝土强度、型钢强度、纵筋配筋率以及配箍率进行了参数分析。计算表明:提高混凝土强度能够有效提高试件的承载力,但峰值后变形能力有所下降;提高型钢强度能够有效提高试件承载力;增大纵筋配筋率能够提高试件的承载力和刚度;提高体积配箍率可以有效提高试件的承载力和延性。Mega-column frame structure system in super high-rise buildings is a type of high-performance seismic structure system.Based on a super-tall structure with steel reinforced concrete mega-columns,two pentagon-section steel high-strength concrete mega-column specimens were tested under repeated axial loading.The difference between the two specimens was concrete strength.The test results showed that the damage development process of specimens with different concrete strengths was similar,and the damages on the hypotenuse and the shortest sides occurred earlier and were relatively more serious.The degradations of stiffness and bearing capacity of specimens were relatively stable in the process of loading,unloading and reloading.Specimen with higher concrete strength had greater bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity,but smaller ductility.The confinement mechanisms of stirrups and section steel on concrete were analyzed,and a calculation method for the compressive strength of confined concrete,which considered the difference of the confinement effect different regions and the mutual coupling between the confinement effects of the stirrup and the section steel,was established.The calculation results were in good agreement with test results.The finite element models were established by ABAQUS software to conduct the parameter analyses of concrete strength,section steel strength,longitudinal reinforcement ratio and stirrup ratio.The results showed that increasing the strength of concrete can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the specimen,but the post peak deformation capacity decreased;increasing the strength of section steel can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the specimen;increasing the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement can improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen;increasing the volume stirrup ratio can effectively improve the bearing capacity and ductility of the specimen.
