摘 要:目前实现煤矿井下二维精确定位至少需要3个基站,针对在采煤、掘进工作面等空间狭窄、环境危险的区域部署时存在基站部署数量多、难度大、费用高、无法快速移动部署问题,设计了一种基于UWB定位技术和TOF/PDOA联合算法的一体化定位基站。该基站以ARM STM32F429和UWB通信收发芯片DW1000为核心,实现煤矿井下二维精确定位的单基站快速部署。测试结果表明,该一体化基站二维精确定位覆盖半径不小于50 m,最大静态定位误差不大于0.3 m,满足煤矿应用要求。与传统多基站联合定位方案相比,降低了基站部署的数量、难度与建设费用,突破安装环境限制,对保障作业人员安全、推进煤矿智能化建设具有重要意义。At present,at least three base stations are required to realize two-dimensional accurate positioning in coal mine.In view of the problems that installation of many base stations are difficult,expensive,and cannot be deployed quickly when deploying in areas with narrow space and dangerous environments such as coal mining face and driving working face,an integrated positioning base station based on UWB positioning technology and TOF/PDOA joint algorithm was designed.The base station uses the ARM control chip STM32F429 and UWB communication transceiver chip DW1000 as the core,and realizes the rapid deployment of a mono-station for two-dimensional precise positioning in coal mine.The test results show that the two-dimensional accurate positioning coverage radius of the integrated positioning base station is not less than 50 m,and the maximum static positioning error is not more than 0.3 m,which meets the application requirements of coal mine.Compared with the traditional multi-base station joint positioning scheme,it reduces the number,difficulty and construction cost of base station deployment,breaks through the limitations of the installation environment,and is of great significance for ensuring the safety of operators and advancing the intelligent construction of coal mine.
