摘  要:某矿用蓄电池无轨胶轮车在使用过程中频繁出现铰接结构异响,经过一段时间重载运行,铰接销轴螺栓剪断,并且前后机架出现明显的前后窜动。通过建立数学模型和动力学模型对铰接结构进行受力分析,发现关节轴承存在内外圈抱死而导致销轴与机架发生转动的现象,铰接销轴的螺栓受力过大,从而出现铰接结构异响和螺栓剪断的现象;在不改变机架结构的基础上通过增加刚度匹配和减小应力集中对铰接轴安装方式进行了优化,并加厚铰接耳板结构。经实践检验使用良好,未再次出现异响和螺栓剪断的事故,为铰接结构的设计和安全评估提供了依据。During the use of mining battery trackless rubber wheel vehicle,the abnormal noise of the hinged structure frequently occurs.After a period of heavy-loaded running,the bolts of hinged pin are sheared,and the front and rear frames appear obvious forward and backward movement.Through establishing mathematical and dynamic model to analyze the stress of the hinged structure,it is found that the hinged bearing has the phenomenon that the inner and outer rings are locked,resulting in the rotation of the pin shaft and the frame,and the bolt of the hinged pin shaft is stressed too much,resulting in the abnormal noise of the hinged structure and the shear of the bolt.On the basis of not changing the frame structure,the hinged structure was optimized by increasing stiffness matching and reducing stress concentration,and the hinged lug structure was thickened.It worked well after a period of practice,and no abnormal noise and bolt shearing accidents occurred again,which provides a basis for the design and safety evaluation of hinged structure.
