摘  要:为满足柔性连续运输系统重叠搭接和辅助牵引的需要,设计了一种销齿传动机构。通过仿真分析获得了满足使用要求的摆线轮和销排结构。经多矿区、多台套的井下应用,验证了销齿传动机构具有较高的可靠性,为类似工况下的传动设计提供了参考。In order to meet the needs of overlap lap and auxiliary traction of flexible continuous transportation system,a pin gear transmission mechanism was designed.The cycloidal wheel and pin row structure that meet the requirements of use were obtained through simulation analysis.Through the underground application of multiple mining areas and multiple sets,it is verified that the pin gear transmission mechanism has high reliability,which provides a reference for the transmission design under similar working conditions.
