摘　　要：千百年来,运河文化极大地影响着济宁,有力地塑造着济宁。特别是京杭大运河济宁段贯通之后,济宁凭借融南汇北、东西兼容的特殊地理优势,得以“水陆通衢,商贾云集”。商贸业空前繁荣,手工业蓬勃发展,饮食服务业日益兴盛,个体私营经济极大发展……在数百年运河文化的滋养下,玉堂酱园品牌不断发展壮大。玉堂酱园的历史,不仅是经济产品的发展史,更是运河文化精神的体现。它闪闪发光的金字招牌,凝聚了济宁民族工业发展的精神,也激发了运河文化的创新活力。Forthousands of years,the canal culture has been significantly influencing and energetically shaping Jining.In particular,after the opening of the Jining Section of the Grand Canal,Jining became"a Land and Water Traffic Hub,and a Gathering Place of Merchants"in reliance upon its special geographical advantages of integrating south and north and combining east and west.Its commerce and trade achieved unprecedented prosperity;handicraft industry flourished;food service industry increasingly thrived.
