摘  要:北京航空航天大学沙河校区(以下简称“沙河校区”)的建设先后历经了15年时间,校园空间由院落组团式模式逐步演变为具有明显轴线的“中心建筑+组团”模式,建筑高度由24m提高至60m,容积率提高至0.99。近年来,根据学校的“双核发展”总体布局,沙河校区由以本科生教学为主的分校转变为以工科院系为主的主校区之一。在此背景下,沙河校区2号科研组团于2020年启动方案设计,于2023年建成并投入使用。After 15 years of construction,the Shahe Campus of Beihang University(hereinafter referred to as the“Shahe Campus”)has witnessed the gradual transition of the campus spatial layout from courtyard cluster to"central building+cluster"with obvious axes,with building height increased from 24 m to 60 m and the plot ratio increased to 0.99.In recent years,according to the overall layout plan aiming at boosting the"dual-core development",the Shahe Campus has developed from a branch school focusing on undergraduate education to be one of the main campuses for engineering colleges and departments.In this context,the schematic design for the Building 1-4 in Shahe Campus of Beihang University was commenced in 2020 and the project will be completed and put into use in 2023.Upon completion,the 4 engineering colleges of Beihang University will be relocated to the cluster which serves as a comprehensive teaching building integrating such functions as public teaching,scientific research,experiments and administrative office,and also a landmark building in the Western Area of the Shahe Campus of Beihang University(Fig.1,2).
