摘 要:目的 探讨血清长链非编码核糖核酸(lncRNA)中的赖氨酰氧化酶样1(LOXL1-AS1)、肺腺癌转移性相关转录本1(MALAT1)与上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)患者临床病理特征、血清细胞凋亡分子和预后不良的关系。方法 选取2017年1月至2020年1月该院收治的EOC患者68例作为EOC组,另选取70例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为良性组,选取同期体检健康者60例作为对照组;对比3组患者血清中lncRNA LOXL1-AS1与lncRNA MALAT1表达水平,以lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1表达水平中位值(1.90、1.38)分别将EOC患者分为lncRNA LOXL1-AS1低表达组(34例)和lncRNA LOXL1-AS1高表达组(34例),以及lncRNA MALAT1低表达组(33例)和lncRNA MALAT1高表达组(35例),对比EOC患者各表达组的临床病理特征、血清细胞凋亡分子[B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、生存素(Survivin)、B细胞CLI/淋巴瘤2关联凋亡基因1(Bag-1)]水平,并采用Pearson相关性分析法探讨其相关性;采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析EOC患者各表达组的预后差异,多因素Cox分析EOC患者的预后不良的影响因素。结果 3组血清lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1、Bcl-2、Survivin、Bag-1水平从高到低依次为EOC组、良性组、对照组(P<0.05);血清Bax水平从低到高依次为EOC组、良性组、对照组(P<0.05)。不同年龄和病理类型的EOC患者lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、淋巴结转移、组织分期的EOC患者lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1高表达组Bcl-2、Survivin、Bag-1水平均高于lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1低表达组,Bax水平低于lncRNA LOXL1-AS1、lncRNA MALAT1低表达组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清lncRNA LOXL1-AS1与lncRNA MALAT1表达水平均与Bcl-2、Survivin、Bag-1均呈正相关(P<0.05),与Bax呈负相关(P<0.05)。随访2年后,lncRNA LOXL1-AS1低表达组�Objective To investigate the relationship between lysyl oxidase-like 1(LOXL1-AS1)and matastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)in serum long non-coding ribonucleic acid(lncRNA)and clinicopathological features,serum apoptotic molecules and poor prognosis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods A total of 68 patients with EOC admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as EOC group,another 70 patients with benign ovarian tumor were selected as benign group,and 60 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as control group.Serum expression levels of lncRNA LOXL1-AS1 and lncRNA MALAT1 in the three groups were compared.According to the median expression values of lncRNA LOXL1-AS1 and lncRNA MALAT1(1.90 and 1.38),patients with EOC were divided into lncRNA LOXL1-AS1 low expression group(34 cases)and lncRNA LOXL1-AS1 high expression group(34 cases),lncRNA MALAT1 low expression group(33 cases)and lncRNA MALAT1 high expression group(35 cases).The clinicopathological features,levels of serum apoptotic molecules[B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),B cell lymphoma-2 associated X protein(Bax),Survivin,B-cell CLL/lymphoma 2-associated athanogene-1(BAG-1)]of EOC patients in different expression groups were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore their correlation.Kaplan-Meier was used to analyze the prognosis difference of EOC patients in each expression group,and Multifactor Cox was used to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis of EOC patients.Results The serum levels of lncRNA LOXL1-AS1,lncRNA MALAT1,Bcl-2,Survivin,and Bag-1 in the three groups were ranked from high to low as EOC group,benign group,and control group(P<0.05),while the serum level of Bax in the three groups were ranked from low to high as EOC group,benign group,and control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the expression levels of lncRNA LOXL1-AS1 and lncRNA MALAT1 among EOC patients of different ages and pathological types(P>0.05),wh
