摘  要:为全面了解体教关系的历史流变,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法梳理了我国不同历史阶段体教关系的思想特征及实践得失。研究认为,体教关系转型并非简单发轫于政府的战略引导,而是有其深刻的历史背景和转型逻辑。在体教分离和体教结合阶段以工具理性为主导趋势,呈现为迅速建立、强化巩固自有体育体制的体教关系,相对忽视了以人的全面发展以及体育事业的协调发展为目标的价值取向;在体教融合阶段以价值理性为主导趋势,呈现出优化完善自有体育体制的体教关系,却面临着难以深度权衡各主体利益的政策执行困境。对此,提出遵循以青少年全面发展为根本的目标、确立以“体”回归“教”的方针、构建体教融合的支撑体系、完善体教融合的运行机制、优化体教融合的实施环境等策略。In order to comprehensively understand historical changes of relationship between sports and education,this paper inter-prets ideological characteristics and strategic practices of relationship between sports and education at different historical stages in China by using literature review and logical analysis.This paper argues that the transformation of relationship between sports and education is not simply a result of government's strategic guidance,but has its own profound historical background and transforma-tion logic.In the stage of separation and combination of sports and education,the trend is dominated by instrumental rationality,presents relationship between sports and education for the rapid establishment and strengthening of the own sports system,relatively ignoring the value orientation of overall development of human beings and the coordinated development of sports;in the stage of inte-gration of sports and education,the trend is dominated by value rationality,which presents relationship between sports and education for the optimization and improvement of the own sports system,but faces the difficulty of weighing the interests of various subjects in depth.The policy implementation dilemma that it is difficult to deeply weigh interests of each subject.In response,this paper pro-poses integration strategies such as following the fundamental strategic goal of comprehensive development of adolescents,establis-hing the strategic policy of returning to education through sports,constructing a support system for the integration of sports and ed-ucation,improving the operational mechanism of the integration of sports and education,and optimizing the implementation environ-ment of the integration of sports and education.
