摘  要:浮环轴承具有双层油膜、体积小、稳定性好等特点。为了得到船用柴油机浮环轴承润滑性能的变化规律,基于计算流体力学(CFD)对油膜进行数值计算模拟,并在此基础上对浮环结构进行优化设计。计算结果表明,浮环稳定运转时,滚轮转速越高,油膜表面压力越大,油膜承载力越大;不同进口油压对油膜表面压力分布并没有太大影响。Floating ring bearings are characterised by double-layer oil film,small size and good stability.In order to get the change rule of lubrication performance of floating ring bearing of marine diesel engine,numerical calculation simulation of oil film based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)is carried out,and the optimisation design of floating ring structure is carried out on this basis.Calculation results show that,when the floating ring is running stably,the higher the speed of the roller,the higher the surface pressure of the oil film,and the higher the oil film bearing capacity;different inlet oil pressure does not have much effect on the surface pressure distribution of the oil film.
