摘 要:掘进机对煤岩的截割作业是煤矿进行开采的首要工作,掘进机截割过程受力变化复杂多样,对截割臂的输出特性具有不同的要求,对截割臂的输出特性进行研究是提高掘进效率、提高掘进机适应不同工况能力的重要内容。针对截割臂的输出特性,构建了水力加载实验平台,并对不同煤岩状态下截割臂的输出特性进行实验对比分析,从而为截割臂的设计使用提供参考。The cutting of coal rock by roadheader is the first work of coal mining,the cutting process of roadheader is complicated and varied,and it has different requirements on the output characteristics of the cutting arm,and the study on the output characteristics of the cutting arm is an important content to improve the efficiency of digging and to improve the ability of the roadheader to adapt to different working conditions.Aiming at the output characteristics of the cutting arm,a hydraulic loading experimental platform is constructed,and the output characteristics of the cutting arm in different coal and rock states are compared and analysed,so as to provide reference for the design and use of the cutting arm.
