摘　　要：目的:结合林奇综合征(Lynch syndrome,LS)相关子宫内膜癌的指南,提高妇科医生对该疾病的认知和治疗水平。方法:本文通过回顾1例患子宫内膜癌的林奇综合征患者的临床诊治资料,结合林奇综合征筛查和管理指南以及相关文献,概述林奇综合征相关的子宫内膜癌的分子发病机制、临床病理特点、筛查以及管理方案。结果:林奇综合征相关的子宫内膜癌发生发展机制复杂多变,诊疗方案因人而异。结论:通过早期筛查、早期预防、早期诊疗的管理措施,有望降低林奇综合征相关子宫内膜癌的发生率和死亡率。Objective:To improve gynecologists'understanding and treatment of Lynch syndrome(LS)related endometrial cancer(EC)by combining guidelines.Methods:In this paper,we reviewed the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of a patient with LS related EC,combined with the the guidelines for screening and management,and related literature of LS,and summarized the molecular pathogenesis,clinicopathological features,screening and management protocols of LS related EC.Result:The occurrence and development mechanisms of LS related EC are complex and varied,and the diagnosis and treatment plans vary from person to person.Conclusion:Through the management measures of early screening,early prevention and early diagnosis and treatment,it is expected to reduce the incidence and mortality of LS related EC.
