健脾法治疗大肠癌的中医研究进展

摘　　要：大肠癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率分别居恶性肿瘤的第3位和第2位,严重威胁着人类的健康。中医药治疗大肠癌,以辨证论治为原则,以复方治疗为特征,以多靶点作用为特点,已成为我国大肠癌临床治疗中的一大特色。中医认为大肠癌的发生发展与“脾虚”密切相关,从“脾虚”角度论治大肠癌取得了不错的治疗效果,在延长患者总生存期和提高生活质量方面展现出中医药独特的优势。因此本文通过筛选并分析近些年的相关文献,从中医对大肠癌病因病机的认识、健脾法治疗大肠癌的临床和实验研究等方面,阐述中医从“脾虚”论治大肠癌的现代研究进展及优势所在,进一步夯实健脾法治疗大肠癌的基础。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common digestive tract malignancies,and its morbidity and mortality ranks third and second in malignant tumors,respectively,and it is a serious threat to human health.The treatment of colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine is based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and is characterized by compound therapy and multi-target action.It has become a major feature of the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer in our country.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer is closely related to"spleen deficiency",and the treatment of colorectal cancer from the perspective of"spleen deficiency"has achieved good therapeutic effects,showing the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in prolonging the overall survival of patients and improving the quality of life.Therefore,by screening and analyzing the relevant literature in recent years,this paper expounds the modern theory of traditional Chinese medicine treating colorectal cancer from"spleen deficiency"from the perspectives of TCM's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,and clinical and experimental research on the treatment of colorectal cancer by strengthening the spleen,so that it will further consolidate the foundation for the treatment of colorectal cancer by strengthening the spleen.
