摘　　要：RNA结合蛋白(RNA-binding proteins,RBP)是在细胞的一系列生理过程中与RNA分子相结合、伴随RNA代谢调控的一类功能十分重要的蛋白。在肝癌的转移过程中常伴有RBP的功能异常。基于最新的相关研究,本文总结了与肝癌转移相关的RBP,并就其参与该过程的具体作用机制进行综述,以期为癌症治疗的新靶点提供新思路或新方法。RNA-binding proteins(RBPs)are functionally important proteins that bind to RNA molecules and accompany the regulation of RNA metabolism in a range of physiological processes in cells.In the metastatic process of liver cancer,the function of RBP is often abnormal.Based on the latest research,this paper summarizes the RBPs associated with hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis and reviews the specific mechanisms of their involvement in this process,with a view to providing new ideas or new approaches for new targets in cancer therapy.
