摘　　要：目的:探讨石家庄地区表观健康人群胆囊息肉的发病率及相关危险因素。方法:回顾性分析石家庄地区2021年7月~2022年4月表观健康体检人群的相关资料,共纳入符合标准的体检人群为13254人,其胆囊息肉样病变患者为1733例(13.1%),按照有无胆囊息肉分为胆囊息肉组(PLG组)和非胆囊息肉组(非PLG组),并将两组临床资料进行统计分析。结果:研究表明,年龄、体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)和空腹血糖(GLU)与胆囊息肉的形成密切相关(P<0.05);经二元Logistic回归分析后证实BMI为胆囊息肉的独立危险因素。结论:BMI为本地区胆囊息肉发病的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors for polypoid lesions of the gallbladder in apparent healthy people in Shijiazhuang.Method The medical records of 13254 cases undergoing health maintenance examination from July 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively studied.Among these cases,1733 cases(13.1%)were found to have polypoid lesions of the gallbladders.According to whether or not polypoid lesions of the gallbladder were divided into polypoid lesions of the gallbladder group(PLG group)and non-polypoid lesions of gallbladder group(non-PLG group),and the clinical data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,Body Mass Index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and glucose(GLU)infection were associated with polypoid lesions of the gallbladder(P<0.05);binary Logistic regression analysis revealed that Body Mass Index(BMI)was the risk factor for ocurrence of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder.Conclusion Body Mass Index(BMI)is the main risk factor for ocurrence of gallbladder polyps.
