摘　　要：精神障碍患者自杀是一个严重的社会问题,会对个体和家庭产生巨大的负担。精神障碍患者常常承受着长期的心理痛苦和社会压力,加上他们可能面临就业困难、人际关系紧张、经济负担等问题,使得他们更容易出现自杀倾向。而且,由于他们的疾病特点,其对待自杀行为的决策能力通常较弱,因此迫切需要干预研究以阻止这一悲剧的发生,并为他们提供更好的帮助和支持。探究精神障碍患者自杀现象,评估自杀与精神疾病之间的关系,分析产生自杀的原因,能够针对性地制定干预方案。主要从强化精神卫生教育、控制造成自杀的手段、注意识别自杀高危患者和临床服务机构优化几个方面进行强化改善,保障精神障碍患者的生命安全。Suicide among people with mental disorders is a serious social problem that places a huge burden on individuals and families.Patients with mental disorders often suffer from chronic psychological distress and social pressure,which,together with the fact that they may face difficulties in employment,tensions in interpersonal relationships,and financial burdens,make them more prone to suicidal tendencies.Moreover,due to the characteristics of their illnesses,their decision-making ability to deal with suicidal behavior is usually weak,so intervention studies are urgently needed to stop this tragedy and provide them with better help and support.Exploring the phenomenon of suicide in patients with mental disorders,assessing the relationship between suicide and mental illness,and exploring the causes of suicide,we can target the development of intervention programs to strengthen and improve the lives of patients with mental disorders,mainly in the areas of strengthening mental health education,controlling the means of causing suicide,paying attention to the identification of patients with high risk of suicide,and optimizing the clinical service institutions.
