摘　　要：加强红色档案史料采集整理与研究,可为新时代党的建设和人才培养作出更大贡献。红色档案史料采集是关键环节,可采取线上线下“双循环”的采集整理模式。红色档案史料研究可循沿四重向度展开:方法向度上大历史观一以贯之;育人向度上“大思政课”善用之;叙事向度上强化共同体叙事;传播向度上共享数字记忆。Strengthen the collation and research of red archives can make greater contributions to the Party construction and talent training in the new era.As the key link,it can be taken on-line and off-line"Double cycle"collection and collation mode.From the perspectives of methodology,education,narrative and communication,the research directions that can be followed include deepening research with comprehensive historical view,integrating into ideological and political courses,strengthening communitynarrative,sharingdigital memory.
