摘　　要：肝癌是全世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和病死率仍较高。荔枝核(lychee seed)为无患子科植物荔枝的干燥成熟种子,是我国历版药典收载的中药,其因具有抗病毒、抗炎、抗肝纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种药理作用而备受关注。研究发现,荔枝核具有显著抗肿瘤作用,在抗肝癌作用方面尤为突出,有望成为对抗肝癌的辅助用药之一。迄今为止,多项研究表明,荔枝核抗肿瘤作用主要通过促凋亡、抗增殖和抗转移过程介导,在前列腺癌、结直肠癌中均表现出抗肿瘤活性。该文在荔枝核抗肿瘤作用的基础上,进一步结合国内外相关文献对荔枝核的抗肝癌作用机制进行综述。Liver cancer is one of the most common maliganant tumors in the world,and its morbidity and mortality are still high.Lychee seed is a dry and mature seed of lychee(a kind of Sapindaceae plant).It is a traditional Chinese medicine recorded in the previous editions of Chinese pharmacopoeia,which has attracted much attention due to its various pharmacological effects such as antiviral,anti-inflammatory,anti liver fibrosis,anti-tumor,and antioxidation.Research has found that lychee seeds have significant anti-tumor effects,particularly in terms of anti-liver cancer,and are expected to become one of the auxiliary drugs for liver cancer.So far,multiple studies have shown that the anti-tumor effect of lychee seed is mainly mediated by promoting apoptosis,anti-proliferation,and anti-metastasis processes,and it exhibits anti-tumor activity in both prostate cancer and colorectal cancer.On the basis of the anti-tumor effect of lychee seed,this article further reviews the mechanism of anti-tumor effect of lychee seed on liver cancer in combination with relevant literature at home and abroad.
