摘　　要：芍倍注射液是由柠檬酸、没食子酸、芍药苷组成的中药复方制剂,有收敛固涩、凉血止血、活血化瘀的功效,被临床广泛运用于内痔、混合痔等肛肠疾病治疗。大量研究发现芍倍注射液无论单用还是联合其他疗法治疗肛肠疾病,其临床疗效显著,不良反应少,深受患者青睐。笔者系统总结了临床上芍倍注射液治疗内痔、混合痔、直肠脱垂、直肠前突等肛肠疾病的研究内容,以期为芍倍注射液的临床应用提供更多参考。Shaobei Injection is a Chinese herbal compound preparation composed of citric acid,gallic acid and paeoniflorin.It has the effect of astringing and arresting enuresis,cooling the blood and stanching bleeding,and invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,which is widely used in clinical treatment of internal hemorrhoids,mixed hemorrhoids and other anorectal diseases.A large number of studies have found that Shaobei Injection,whether used alone or combined with other therapies for anorectal diseases,has a significant clinical effect and few adverse reactions,and is favored by patients.The authors systematically summarized the clinical researches on Shaobei Injection in treating internal hemorrhoids,mixed hemorrhoids,rectal prolapse,rectal protrusion and other anorectal diseases,in order to provide more references for the clinical application of Shaobei Injection.
