摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠修复对根管治疗后前磨牙抗折性的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2021年4月福建医科大学附属口腔医院的80例上颌前磨牙牙体缺损、残根残冠患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和参照组,每组各40例。参照组患者采用常规银汞合金充填加金属全瓷全冠修复,研究组患者采用玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠修复。比较两组患者修复效果。结果研究组修复成功率为95.00%,参照组修复成功率为75.00%,研究组成功率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者抗折负荷为(1.65±0.38)mPa,参照组患者抗折负荷为(0.87±0.21)mPa,研究组患者前磨牙抗折能力高于参照组(t=11.362,P<0.05);且研究组患者总满意度高于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠修复能有效提高根管治疗后前磨牙的抗折性,且其修复效果显著优于常规银汞合金充填加金属全冠修复。Objective To investigate the effect of glass fiber post porcelain crown restoration on the flexural resistance of premolar teeth after root canal treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients with maxillary premolar defects and residual roots and crowns in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and reference group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were repaired with conventional silver amalgam filling and metal all-porcelain crown,and patients in the study group were repaired with glass fiber post all-porcelain crown.The repair effect of the two groups was compared.Results The successful rate of repair was 95.00%in the study group and 75.00%in the reference group,which was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The bending load of the study group was(1.65±0.38)mPa,and that of the reference group was(0.87±0.21)mPa.The bending load of the premolar in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(t=11.362,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Glass fiber post porcelain crown repair can effectively improve the flexural resistance of premolar teeth after root canal treatment,and its repair effect is significantly better than that of conventional silver amalgam filling and metal crown repair.
