摘　　要：自2000年我国迈入老龄化社会后,老年人力资源开发便成为积极应对人口老龄化的重要策略。运用CiteSpace软件为CNKI数据库2000-2022年老年人力资源研究论文绘制知识图谱,力图精准刻画老年人力资源研究全景。通过知识图谱回顾20多年来学术研究进展,对机构、期刊、作者、发文量进行描述分析,运用CiteSpace的共现、聚类、突现等可视化功能来解读图谱的深层次涵义,探明该领域的前沿动态与热点趋势。Since China entered an aging society in 2000,the development of elderly human resources has become an important strategy to actively respond to the aging population.This paper uses CiteSpace software to draw a Knowledge graph for the research papers on elderly human resources in CNKI database from 2000 to 2022,trying to accurately depict the panorama of elderly human resources research.Through reviewing the academic research progress of the Knowledge graph for more than 20 years,this paper describes and analyzes the institutions,journals,authors,and the number of papers issued,and uses the visualization functions of CiteSpace such as co-occurrence,clustering,and emergence to interpret the deep meaning of the map,so as to explore the frontier dynamics and hot trends in this field.
