“四位一体”教学模式在高校太极拳教学中的应用

摘　　要：本文首先介绍了高校太极拳教学中“四位一体”教学模式的构建,之后通过拳理讲解,让学生对技术关键点进行理解;通过攻防体验,让学生对劲力变化深刻理解;以文化内涵促进学生文化素养的提高;通过延展课堂,确保沟通互动;通过教学评价的优化,凸显育人导向;借助信息技术,使重难点得以有效突破几个方面提出了高校太极拳教学中“四位一体”教学模式的应用策略。This paper first introduces the construction of the"four-in-one"teaching mode in taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)teaching in colleges and universities,and then explains it through boxing theory to let students understand the key points of technology.Through the attack and defensive experience,it let students have a deep understanding of the changes in strength.It promotes the improvement of students'cultural literacy with cultural connotation.It also ensures communication and interaction by extending the classroom.Through the optimization of teaching evaluation,the orientation of educating people is highlighted.With the help of information technology,the important and difficult points can be effectively broken through,and the application strategy of"four in one"teaching mode in taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities is put forward.
