摘  要:目的:为快速诊断Sysmex CS5100全自动血凝分析仪故障,提出一种基于贝叶斯估计的故障诊断方法。方法:首先,通过多个传感器采集血凝分析仪的输出信号数据,并采用贝叶斯估计算法对数据进行融合处理;其次,将提取数据融合后的幅值作为血凝分析仪的特征参数;最后,根据信号幅值特征参数计算血凝分析仪故障数据间的依附率,然后结合k近邻算法完成血凝分析仪的故障诊断。结果:采用该方法可精准判断血凝分析仪的故障状态并及时发出预警信息。结论:提出的方法计算过程简单、操作难度低、诊断结果可靠,能够满足血凝分析仪的故障诊断要求。Objective To propose a Bayesian estimation-based fault analysis method for Sysmex CS5100 coagulation analyzer.Methods The output signal data of Sysmex CS5100 coagulation analyzer were acquired with multi sensors,and then fused by Bayesian estimation;the amplitude of the data after fusion was used as the characteristic parameter of the analyzer;the dependency rate between the fault data of the analyzer was calculated with the signal amplitude characteristic parameter,and then the fault diagnosis of the analyzer was carried out involving in k-nearest neighbor algorithm.Results The method proposed could accurately determine the fault status of the analyzer and issue warning messages in time.Conclusion The method proposed gains advantages in simple calculation,easy operation and diagnosis reliability,and thus can meet the requirements for diagnosing the faults of the coagulation analyzer.
