摘 要:胜利油田有缆式智能分注技术已推广应用110余井次,取得了较好的开发效果,减少了现场测调工作量。但受电子元器件成本制约,该技术实施成本较高,限制了其大规模推广。为了加大有缆智能分注技术应用规模,通过功能配置分级,将统一配置的有缆智能配水器优化设计为具有通信、测试功能的中枢配水器和具有调节功能的调控开关,编写了PID控制算法对注入流量进行精确调控。对样机进行了大量试验,结果表明,所研发的集约式井下自动调控分注装置满足耐温125℃、耐压差30 MPa的工况环境,且流量调控误差≤5%,成本降低约30%。集约式井下自动调控分注装置,为油田智能分层注水技术的降本增效提供了一种新的设计思路。研究结果可为该技术的推广应用提供参考。The wireline intelligent separate injection technology has been applied in Shengli Oilfield for more than 110 wells,achieving good development effect and reducing the field test and adjustment workload.However,restricted by the cost of electronic components,the implementation cost of this technology is relatively high,which limits its large-scale promotion.In order to enlarge the application scale of the wireline intelligent separate injection technology,by means of functional configuration grading,the uniformly configured wireline intelligent water distributor was optimized and designed as a central water distributor with communication and test functions and a control switch with regulatory function;moreover,a PID control algorithm was written to conduct accurate regulation on the injection flow,and a great deal of tests were conducted on the prototype.The research results show that the developed intensive downhole automatic regulation and control separate injection device meets the operating environment of temperature resistance of 125℃and differential pressure tolerance of 30 MPa,with a flow control error of≤5%and a cost reduction of about 30%.The intensive downhole automatic regulation and control separate injection device provides a new design idea for the cost reduction and benefit improvement of intelligent separate zone injection technology of the oilfields,and the research results provide certain reference for relevant researchers.
