预见性护理联合无缝人文关怀对食管癌患者围手术期并发症和护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨预见性护理联合无缝人文关怀的护理模式对食管癌患者围手术期并发症及护理质量的影响,为临床护理方法提供新方案。方法 本研究收集了2019年1月至2022年1月共93例在莆田学院附属医院接受食管癌手术治疗的患者,并将患者分为联合护理组和普通护理组,其中联合组46例,普通组47例。比较两组不同护理模式对围手术期并发症、护理质量及满意度的影响。结果 联合组在术后严重并发症(如肺部感染、吻合口瘘)的发生率低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组在术后并发症总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组术后下床时间及住院时间均短于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的焦虑自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组护理满意度评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理联合无缝人文关怀的联合护理模式在食管癌围手术期可有效减轻患者的疼痛及焦虑情绪,并预防可能出现的手术并发症,促进患者的术后恢复,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective This study explores the effect of predictive nursing combined with humanistic care on perioperative complications and nursing quality of patients with esophageal cancer,and provides a new plan for clinical nursing methods.Methods A total of 93 patients who underwent esophageal cancer surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2019 to January 2022 were collected,and the patients were divided into a combined nursing group and a general nursing group,including 46 cases in the combined group and 47 cases in the general group.Comparison of the effects of different nursing modes on perioperative complications,nursing quality and satisfaction between the two groups.Results The incidence of severe postoperative complications(such as pulmonary infection and anastomotic leakage)in the combination group was lower than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative out-of-bed time and hospitalization time in the combined group were shorter than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the combination group was lower than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the combined group were higher than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined nursing model of predictive nursing combined with seamless humanistic care can effectively reduce the pain and anxiety of patients during the perioperative period of esophageal cancer,prevent some possible surgical complications,promote postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the length of hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfa
