齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者应用齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗的效果。方法 选取本院2020年6月至2021年6月收治的75例早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者,将其分为两组,对照组应用奥氮平治疗,观察组联合齐拉西酮治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组PANSS评分、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、不良反应发生率低于对照组,血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在采用奥氮平治疗的基础上联合齐拉西酮治疗能够有效改善早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的血糖水平以及临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,改善血清学指标。Objective To observe the treatment effect of zilazidone and olanzapine in patients with early schizophrenia combined with diabetes.Methods A total of 75 patients with early schizophrenia complicated with diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups,with olanzapine in the control group and ziprasidone in the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The PANSS score,2h postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,fasting blood glucose,and adverse effects were lower in the observation group,and the serum BDNF,5-HT,and NE levels were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of olanzapine treatment,ziasidone can effectively improve blood glucose levels and clinical symptoms in patients with early schizophrenia and diabetes,reduce adverse reactions and improve serum levels.
