摘　　要：为研究不同规格平准器对卷烟质量的影响,分别选取细支和常规卷烟为研究对象,分析不同槽深和弧长劈刀盘对卷烟物理指标、烟气指标和感官质量的影响。结果表明:(1)不同劈刀盘卷制样品的物理指标、烟气指标都符合产品设计要求;(2)随着劈刀盘槽深的降低和弧长的缩短,烟支总通风率(主要是烟丝段通风率)略有降低、紧头密度比明显缩小、密度均匀性逐渐变好,但端部落丝量增多、卷烟空头剔除率增大;(3)不同劈刀盘样品间总体感官质量差异不明显;(4)随着劈刀盘槽深的降低和弧长的缩短,抽吸轻松感变好。In order to study the influence of different sizes of paddle on cigarette quality,effects of different slot depths and arc lengths of chopper head on cigarette physical indicators,flue gas index,and sensory quality were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)the physical indicators and flue gas index of different chopper head test samples met the requirements of product design;(2)with the decrease of the slot depth and the shortening of the arc length of the chopper head,the total ventilation rate(mainly the ventilation rate of cut tobacco section)decreased slightly,the density ratio of the compact head decreased obviously,and the density uniformity improved gradually,while the amount of fallen shred increased and the percentage of cigarette short-end rejection increased;(3)there was no significant difference in the overall sensory quality among the samples;(4)with the decrease of the slot depth and the shortening of the arc length,the ease of suction improved.
